Jared Sarbit is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Holding a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Jared’s expertise and experience set the foundation for his venture, Picture Perfect Cleaning. Jared was awarded the King’s Coronation Medal for Entrepreneurship and for championing the integration of newcomers into Canada’s workforce.
With his previous role as a senior manager at one of Canada’s leading hospitality chains, Jared recognized a significant need for professional cleaning services. Motivated by the opportunity to fill this gap, he fearlessly embarked on his entrepreneurial journey.
Jared sets Picture Perfect Cleaning’s overall strategic direction, driving and communicating our vision, mission, and values. He plans the organization’s long-term strategy and goals while ensuring that all managers and custodians are aligned with them.
Jared looks at the big picture, then dissects it into small areas to strategize how to best execute in each segment of the business. He drives the ship, ensuring the right people are in the right places, and that they are placed in environments where their skillsets and expertise can exceedingly flourish.
Jared’s unwavering focus lies in combining his business acumen and genuine care for people to achieve unparalleled success for all stakeholders involved. Aaron Graham has worked for years in the hospitality industry, and has many miles of experience under his belt as an Australian expat. Aaron has found true success in his embodiment of the same values that have always driven Picture Perfect Cleaning. His tenacity, compassion, and integrity have aided both his own journey and the lives of many others.
Aaron has worked tirelessly to mold Picture Perfect Cleaning into the exceptional business it is today. By maintaining a humble, hands-on approach in every aspect of his work—including training, client relations, and building company culture—he has infused PPC with value that can’t be replicated.
