Will I have a dedicated contact person if I need to follow up on service?
Yes. Every client is assigned an operations manager who handles communication, quality checks, and any follow-up needs.
How quickly do you respond if there's an issue with the service?
We pride ourselves on responsiveness. Most concerns are acknowledged the same day, and follow-up cleanings or corrections are arranged as quickly as possible.
Can you help us create a checklist or scope of work?
Yes. We’ll work with you during your site assessment to create a detailed scope of work tailored to your space, schedule, and cleanliness standards.
Is there a minimum contract length for ongoing service?
We typically work on ongoing service contracts but can discuss flexible terms depending on your needs. Let us know what you’re looking for during your initial consultation.
Do you perform background checks on your cleaning staff?
Yes. All team members are background-checked and trained before being assigned to client sites.
Is your team trained in WHMIS and local safety standards?
Yes. Every member of our team receives WHMIS training and follows Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Are you insured and bonded to work in commercial spaces?
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. That includes general liability coverage and WCB compliance.
How do you monitor quality over time?
In addition to feedback from clients, our operations managers perform regular performance spot checks to ensure consistency across every visit.
