We Take Care of the Cleaning, So You Can Focus on the Performance
Maintain a spotless, welcoming venue that impresses audiences and supports your production team from curtain up to curtain down.
Consistent Cleanliness
Our staff follow detailed checklists and receive site-specific training to deliver thorough, reliable results every time. We use janitorial software (Swept) to track quality, ensuring your auditoriums turn over smoothly between performances, lobbies stay presentable throughout the evening, and dressing rooms remain clean and stocked for performers.
Reduced Cleaning Burden
Let us handle the cleaning, so your team can focus on their performances. We’ll work around your production schedule, whether that means day porter service between shows, evening cleaning after events wrap up, or overnight deep cleans during dark weeks, all without disrupting rehearsals or performances.
Safety and Satisfaction
Our sanitization protocols prioritize health and safety, using eco-certified products and low-noise equipment suited for sound-sensitive environments. Fully insured, background-checked staff backed by regular quality assessments ensure discreet, professional service throughout your venue.
Our Process
Site Visit
We’ll take a tour of your performing arts centre to better understand your auditorium, lobbies, restrooms, dressing rooms, backstage areas, concession stands, and rehearsal spaces. We’ll identify high-traffic zones, assess turnaround requirements between performances, and discuss your production schedule and event calendar.
Free Estimate
Based on your site visit, we’ll put together a detailed cleaning plan for your venue. Afterward, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining services, frequency, and transparent pricing.
Custom Cleaning Plan
Once approved, we’ll assign your dedicated cleaning team, provide training on venue-specific protocols, including the use of low-noise equipment and backstage conduct, and begin service according to your schedule. Ongoing quality checks ensure consistent excellence throughout your facility.
