What types of positions are available?
We regularly hire for custodial and janitorial roles, both part-time and full-time. From entry-level positions to supervisory roles, there are opportunities to grow within the company.
Do I need previous cleaning experience to apply?
No. While experience is an asset, it’s not required. We hire based on values first and provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in your role.
Will I be trained before I start working at a client site?
Yes. All new hires go through paid training, including equipment use, safety procedures, and quality expectations. You’ll be fully trained before you start work.
Is there ongoing support if I have questions on the job?
Absolutely. You’ll have a direct supervisor or operations manager you can call anytime, plus regular check-ins to help you succeed.
Do I need to bring my own cleaning supplies?
No. All products and equipment are provided by Picture Perfect Cleaning. You’ll also be trained on how to use everything safely and effectively.
